Tuesday Workout

Hello everyone! Theravada fitness will be hosting a FREE workout this Tuesday!! The workout will be targeting the legs and glutes. We will be meeting at Hollywood North Beach Park on Sheridan and A1A. Workout will begin at 630 p.m. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign up for the class. Bathing suits …
